Description

SH2-123 - Tick Nebula in constellation Cygnus. Also known as StDr17. About 12,000 LY distant.
Spectroscopically confirmed as a planetary nebula despite its’ appearance as an Ha object in an Ha region. (Typical bug trying to hide.)

Captured in Ha and RGB. Took a few OIII and SII subs but was no perceivable data when stretched. The Ha was weak but could be seen lurking in the subs. The red filter just picked up the outline of the tick once integrated.
